Ruchita Sinha is a Senior Partner at ARTIS Ventures, investing at the intersection of biology, healthcare, data, and AI. Over a decade-long career as an investor, she has backed 30+ life science and healthcare companies, including about a dozen exits and multiple unicorns.

Previously a General Partner at AV8 Ventures, Ruchita built the firm’s healthcare strategy and partnered closely with founders to build category-defining companies.Before AV8, she was an investor at Sanofi Ventures and GE Ventures, where she was named to the Global Corporate Venturing Powerlist in 2018 and 2019.

Ruchita began her career as a scientist at Maxygen before moving into business and strategy roles at Pfizer and L.E.K. Consulting. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and trained in molecular biology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Mount Holyoke College.
